We love the 50 Things to Do Before You’re 11¾ Activity List produced by the National Trust.
As well as providing a list of inspiring activities, it helps support the content of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing that we use as a central pillar in our approach.
The 50 Things list is divided up into a few categories:
They range from the easily achieved, to those that need some planning.
Some of the easily achieved activities include: climbing a tree, rolling down a hill, running in the rain, and playing pooh sticks.
Some that require planning include: learning to ride a horse, finding your way with a map and compass, and building a raft.
Some are also seasonal such as playing conkers, picking wild blackberries, and finding frog spawn.
